The Mercedes I bought from these guys is perfect, enjoying it thoroughly so far. There was an issue with the boot initially but they got this sorted as soon as this was brought to there attention and only took 30 minutes to fix, and not had any issues since. I was looked after well throughout, a little disappointed that I didn't even up dealing with the same person throughout but it was still a good service and wouldn't put me off going back there again in the future.

It was a little confusing when we got there as i wasn't sure where to go/ who to speak to but once we figured that out everybody was very friendly and not at all pushy. I loved my test drive but had a few issues with defects on the vehicle. We wrote out a list and these were all sorted before we picked up the following week.

I brought my dream car, a V10 Audi R8 from Essex Prestige and I’d like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with them. I had a few questions regarding my purchase that the sales team couldn’t answer so the owner, Victor, invited me into his office and explained everything clearly and put my mind at rest. Also, I had a slight issue with the car after I got it home and it needed a small amount of work to be done which Victor authorised and arranged, outside of the warranty agreement. Victor is a top bloke and if you are looking to purchase your dream car look no further than Essex Prestige. I can’t recommend Victor highly enough!

I use a work van during the week, so I’ve been looking forward to the weekends even more since buying my Mercedes from Essex Prestige, it’s such a nice change to drive something so comfortable. The car has been running really well over the past couple of months, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it.
I visited the dealership specifically to see this car, and even though the staff knew I was interested, there was no pressure at all. They were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout.

The guys at Essex Prestige make buying a car a piece of cake! I had a few issues after the purchase, but they picked up the car, got everything sorted quickly, and returned it in no time. Honestly, they did a great job. The only thing missing was a cup of coffee during the sale—I wasn’t offered one! That said, I’d definitely buy from them again when it’s time to change my car—hopefully with coffee included next time.
