I bought a VW Tiguan from BVG Automotive and I am very happy with my purchase. The car is good and runs smoothly. I drive it daily and have no issues with it. I liked the size and the boot space of the Tiguan, as it suits my needs perfectly. The staff at BVG Automotive were very friendly and helpful, especially Shah, who was amazing and approachable. He answered all my questions and made the buying process easy and hassle-free. I would recommend BVG Automotive and VW Tiguan to anyone looking for a reliable motor.

Swapped out my Nissan X Trail for a Dacia Duster, I wanted something a little newer and the Dacia was the right size for what I needed, I can chuck the dog in the back and he stays there which is perfect! I was a little disappointed that I couldn't part ex my old car but understand the age and condition doesn't hold much value. Happy to return when I need a change.

BVG have a very friendly and caring staff. They offer excellent cars and are always ready to assist you. They are a bit understaffed for the number of inquiries they receive, but their friendliness makes up for the waiting time. I would have given them 5 stars, but I was not satisfied with the trade in price they offered me. I wish they had informed me earlier, so I could have sold it privately. Nevertheless, I would still come back and buy from them again.

The Audi A3 I got from BVG was is perfect, Black Edition, Sleek look, heated seats.. It's a dream. Drove over to watch Liverpool smash Leicester 3-1 the other day and it drives really well. I was a bit shocked the dealer allowed us to take the car out unsupervised, I wasn't entirely comfortable as I didn't know the area but other than this, I am made up with Shah and the team.

Really like my new Tiguan, it ticks all the boxes which our family needs. Shah was excellent and I will undoubtedly use BVG in future.

I have always been a big fan of Jags, had a couple SE's previously and I have been loyal to Jag ever since. The XF I got from BVG has been excellent so far, I live just of the motorway so had a couple opportunities to take it for a spin and really test it out. Honestly cant fault the car and the service either, my only criticism which is somewhat out of BVG's control is it was incredibly busy and there weren't many people able to help. This meant wait times were longer than I had hoped however, It was worth the wait! This is my 3rd car from you guys and I look forward to getting my 4th further down the line.

I have always liked the A Class, I really like this particular model, the interior is really great and the views through the sunroof are lovely, when it's a clear night and you can see the stars t's a really peaceful drive. I haven't had any issues with the car so far, Shah was approachable and friendly. I felt valued throughout and will defiantly come back to BVG Automotive in future.

Quite happy with everything from BVG, the same was all done over the phone but remained relatively personal, I had a couple issues in the early stages but overall I'm happy with everything.

From the get go, the customer service has been impeccable. From getting a curtsy call while we were on our way over to ensure the car remained on site to the none pushy sales approach and helpful, can do attitude of Shah and the team. I have worked in the motor trade for 18 years and been driving myself for just as long, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of dealing with car sales and I honestly would say BVG are paving the way and setting the standards. The car itself hasn't had any major test but we have driven enough for me to feel confident we have got a good deal and a well looked after motor. Very well done guys and thank you!
