I bought an Audi A7 from BVG Automotive and I am very pleased with my purchase. The car is going alright and I have driven quite a bit with it. The speaker system is excellent and the sound quality is superb. The only minor issue I have is that the steering lock squeaks sometimes, but it is not a big deal. I really liked the spoiler at the back, which is retractable and adds a touch of style to the car. I had an A6 black edition before, which was a less thirsty motor with a smaller engine. The A7 has a 3.0L where as my old A6 was only a 2.0L The service from BVG Automotive was amazing, especially from Shah, who was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and gave me a good deal on the car. The turn around was quick and smooth, and I got my car in no time. I would highly recommend BVG Automotive to anyone looking for a quality car and a friendly service. I give them 10/10 for their professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I bought a BMW 1 Series from BVG and I have had the car a couple weeks now, so far so good, no issues which I have noticed, I can't remember names unfortunately however, all the team were spot on.. Can't fault them at all. My only feedback would be it was very busy on the day of the purchase and I was waiting around 20/25 minutes. Not the end of the world but always room for improvement. Very good service guys and thank you for all your help!

As a female buying a car, it can be a very daunting and scary experience.. you almost expect everyone to try and rip you off. Shah and the team at BVG on the flip side did a really good job of putting my mind at ease, making me feel comfortable in the sale. The car has been great so far aside from a small issue with the air con needing re-gassing and a bubble in the tire. Still just waiting for the after sales car team to come back to us.

I've always been a fan of BMW's, love the quality of the builds and reliability combined with performance. my only drop in mark was they weren't too keen in me paying on Credit Card but overall my wife loves driving it and I'm very happy.

BVG Automotive is an excellent dealer that sets a high standard for others in the industry. They are ranked #1 in Oldham and I think they deserve to be #1 in greater Manchester or even beyond. The service was very personal and customer oriented from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, helpful and positive. Rob handled my inquiry and Shar assisted me at the dealership. They were both courteous, patient and attentive, answering all my queries and making me feel at ease. Haydon also followed up with me after the purchase and he was very nice on the phone. The car is amazing, I have had BMW’s before but this one has many new features that I love; the pan roof is great for enjoying the summer breeze and the starry night, I like the X drive, the full leather seats, the heated seats and the spacious interior. It’s also a great family car, with a durable and sturdy interior that is good for the kids. The bluetooth connection is also very convenient. I have nothing but praise for the staff and I could go on and on about how much I adore the car but the bottom line is that even though it was a long drive from Leicester, BVG has won me over as a loyal customer! Thank you Rob, Shar and the rest of the BVG team, you are doing a fantastic job.
