I have had quite the change in cars. Before I bought my BMW X3 from BVG Automotive I was driving a L200 Truck, which I loved but I fancied a change. It is a slight downsize but the BMW has more power which I like a lot. The customer service was excellent, no issues on this side of things. I would more than happily use again and for sure recommend to my friends and family!

Everything is running smoothly, and I'm pleased with the excellent customer service I received. The staff was helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming and non daunting atmosphere. As a nice touch, we were even accommodated with drinks and chocolates. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience!

I have not always been a fan of BMW's, love the quality of the builds and reliability combined with performance, so i decided to put my toe in the BMW water and go for it, and get me a hybrid plug in, shah was very helpful all the way through to buying process which was not easy, due to credit, but it was sorted out and i and very pleased with the car. i was given a curtesy call a number of days later which was nice,
these guys are very processional and make you feel very welcome. would recommend to any one wanting to buy a car. shah was great *

Just took delivery of my new Mercedes from BVG and the service i have recived from the company has been perfect from the personal video walkround to the quick sale has made it hassle free and a they have been a pleasure to deal with. The car was also delivered within 3 days of me buying it by Rayman who was very pleasant and deliverd the car at 7am before i went to work.
