This was my first time buying a car - ever! I was finally ready to get my first car, so I took to the internet to see what car would be best for my budget. After looking around, this is when I saw the Merc C-Class on BVG's website. Once I was happy I went to view it , and needless to say I was very impressed with it. I've had the car for a while now, and I'm glad I got a car from this dealership. Only 4 stars as I can't compare it to other dealerships with it being my first time.

After viewing the car online, I phoned up to enquire about it, Rob was the gentleman who talked me through the condition of the car. I went ahead with the car and got it delivered not long after. I was very happy with the delivery process as the car arrived on time, spotless and the driver was lovely!

Had the car for a month and it is great, I'm still really enjoying it. Shah was great to deal with also. Very happy.

I'm really loving my Ford Fiesta, it has been a great car to drive. I use it to commute to work every day and it's just so smooth to drive that it makes the travel to work that little bit easier. It was my first time visiting BVG, but I would 100% recommend to anyone who was looking for a car. Shah looked after me when I arrived, and he couldn't of done enough for me. He let me test drive the car in my own, which took away the pressure of someone watching you drive, he laid the service plan out in front of me and explained everything, he give me lots of information and more. I can't think of anything they can improve on!

The car runs great, I've just taken it out on a 2 hour drive up the motorway and I haven't had any issues with it. Rob was great to deal with throughout the sales process, he was very informative and couldn't of done enough for me. I think my cruise control is only working intermittently, but I will drive it back home later and have a play about with it.

Very professional and quick service from Rob and the team. From when I first enquired about the car, to the test drive to the collection everything was made very easy. I don't have any complaints.- so far so good on my end.

Loving the drive of my Ford, it is a great car to drive and I've had no issues with it at all. Rob was very informative about all of the cars that I was interested in, and just made everything easy. Which is exactly what you want from a dealership.

The cars been spot on and the service was brilliant. 10/10, I'll be back for the mustang next.

Spot on service from Raf! His customer service was and is amazing, I'm glad that he was the salesman that looked after me on the day of sale as he was very informative and a really nice chap. The car is ace as well, I'm really enjoying it.

I felt nothing but supported from start to finish from Shah. I had a couple of issues with the bank but he even helped with that. My Merc has been great since driving it away and mechanically it has been running great.
