I actually purchased a car once before from Williams Motor Company, I believe around 14 years ago. This time around, I got a Jaguar XF. The service I received from the guys at the dealership was excellent, the customer service is spot on. I am happy with the car. I have had a few issues, but this is something unforeseen and nothing Williams can do to help. So, in regard to the dealership, I am happy and would recommend.

This was my first time purchasing from Williams Motor Company. I have had Fords in the past, so I know that they are reliable cars. I went with a Ford C-Max from Williams and have had no issues with it so far. The service I received from Williams was great, everyone was super helpful, and all in all, it has been a positive experience purchasing from them. I would recommend.

Brilliant experience at Williams Motor Company! There was no messing around at all; it was a super quick process, and they even offered me my part-exchange on the phone. They didn't undercut me; it was just a very straightforward process. The car (MG HS) itself I saw online, as I was looking for this specific one. I am really enjoying it—it's comfortable to drive, and the kids are really enjoying it too, finding lots of buttons to mess around with and push, haha. Honestly, the whole experience was easier than buying a loaf of bread from a shop! I highly recommend them and would 100% go back in the future.

We recently purchased our first electric vehicle from Williams Motor Company. It is definitely taking some getting used to, but we haven’t had any issues, and the car itself is lovely. My husband saw the car online, and we traveled to view it in person. The car was exactly as pictured, and we were very happy with it. We couldn’t take it home as expected that day, just due to it needing its MOT and one last check, but I went to pick up the car within the following week. When we picked up the car, it was lovely and clean, charged, and all ready to go. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend anyone looking to get an MG to go to Williams Motor Company.

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Astra from Williams Motor company, and i give the whole experience a 5. Everyone was Nice, friendly service. good car. home delivery at reasonable cost. It made for an enjoyable experience!

I recently purchased a Polestar 2 from Williams. I dealt with Angela, she was extremely friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. I was recommended to have an informal chat with their off site finance broker even though I already had finance lined up. They were able to save me even more money. No one was pushy, I could do my own thing and make my own choices. I like to make informed choice without feeling I was being circled, I could do that in comfort at Williams. Love the car. Will be back for the next.

We recently purchased a Peugeot 208 from Williams Motor Company, and so far, we've been finding it a really good drive; it's being used almost daily. When we arrived at the dealership, it was presentable and welcoming. The guys gave great customer service and were friendly. After we saw the car, we came back a week later after a service and clean, and it was absolutely spotless. We'd definitely go back in the future if we saw a car we liked. 4/5 due to it having a stone chip and crack in the windscreen when collecting, i wasn't made aware of this prior to collection. However they sent someone out to replace the screen within a week.

I work in the area but live around 50 minutes away from the dealership. I’ve had Mercedes cars in the past, and when I saw this one online, I went from work to the dealership to see it in person. The car was exactly as pictured online. It did need a service, but the dealership took care of this for me, and I went to pick up the car 5 days later. It was a very quick and easy service; the guys were friendly and straightforward. The only thing I can fault is that there was no negotiation, the car was set as it was, and I felt it would have been nice to get a little something extra. That being said, I’d 100% go back in the future. It was a good experience, and the vehicle is 100% worth it.

I traveled from Stoke to the dealership, so it wasn’t too much of a journey. I had been looking for an estate car, so when I saw the Peugeot online, I went to the dealership to check it out. The car was exactly as shown online, nothing I hadn’t seen. The guys at the dealership were fast and efficient, with no pressure at all. The dealership itself was presentable, and after I viewed the car, I came back to pick it up 4 days later. It was nice and quick, with no problems. I would really recommend it. My lad is looking for a new car soon, so we will definitely consider going back to Williams as an option.
