Kieran is a credit to the team! He has been very helpful while I was in the process of getting my new BMW 5 Series. I've had it for a little over a month now, and other than the brakes, which have been a bit squeaky, it's been the perfect car. As for first impressions, what a company! Got past for finance last week and had my new car delivered today, and I can't thank these guys enough. My car drives amazing. They even offered me a warranty to cover my car while I had it. My new car drives amazing with no problems at all. After seeing the 4* reviews on here, they deserve this review. They even delivered my car all the way to Rotherham for me, which was amazing. My experience was that good I've already recommended this company to people I know because the team made it really, really easy from start to finish. Once I applied the team took care of everything and made sure that I found the exact Mercedes Benz A-Class that I was in the market for, well within my budget. I hope my friends do get a car through Concept because they would be missing out otherwise.

I've had a small issue with my Vauxhall Zafira but Concept Car Credit has been great at getting the issues resolved. Not once have I felt fobbed off, in fact it was the opposite because the team were super responsive and understanding when I raised it. I can't remember the agents name but I would highly recommend him to anyone.
