Good customer service. However not happy about the false information provided to me about the voluntary termination of my previous HP agreement . I was under the impression that when I arranged the appointment to upgrade my vehicle , my previous car was to be taken as part exchange. However this was not the case and I was pigeonholed into giving my vehicle up in a voluntary termination process. I then felt obligated to agree to taking the new vehicle for which the monthly payments are considerably higher.

Such an amazing company that provides flexible financing options. The staff were very responsive, competent, and helpful. A special thanks to Keiran, who always offered help and sorted things out for me. I'm now enjoying every moment in my beautiful new Kia.
