Concept Car Credit is a wonderful company with really friendly staff. They work quickly, efficiently, and according to a customer's needs and capabilities. Thanks to them, I am now driving a Ford S-Max, which is such a reliable car, and I love it to bits.

Kieran was very helpful, patient, and understanding. He found me a car that is ideal for me, and everything is going well with my Kia so far. I also took out the extended warranty, which gives me full peace of mind if I have any issues with the car in the future. I had been applying for car finance at various places, only to be met with rejection. It was disheartening, to say the least. Then, out of the blue, I received a call from Gaz at Concept Car Credit. He offered hope when he told me that if I could pay a £1000 deposit, I could get the car I wanted and be accepted. I was over the moon! When I first got my Vauxhall Insignia, I had an issue when the engine management light. When I called Gaz to let him know, he was brilliant and told me to take it for a diagnosis to a local garage.
