I am always wary when going through finance options with a dealership but they were really thorough and explained everything to me so there were no hidden surprises. They also made sure it was what was right for me rather than trying to just push the sale through which was nice of them. I am glad I went through with it as I am really enjoying my Citroen C4 Picasso!

Our Renault Captur is amazing! It was an ideal family car for us but it still has some good speed to it as well. My last car I felt like it had no power so if I needed to overtake anyone it was always a bit of a worry if it would make it but this has great acceleration on it so I feel a lot more comfortable with motorway driving. I am out in it all the time now as I just love the feel of it. Gary is a legend too! The way he spoke to us was just so good and he is a straight up guy. He was really upfront with us and didn't try to a push a sale in anyway. I took out the finance option and they took the time to explain it to me so I know I can go back in 18 months time to swap it if I want to. My next car will definitely be my forever car so I will be going back to speak to Gary when the time comes. He just really took the time to care about us and even sent me my crystal necklace in the post as I had left it around the wing mirror of my old car but he understood it was important to me and got it sent to me in no time. I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen so look out for the recommendation on my socials!

Nothing was too hard for the chap that sold us our car. At first, I didn’t like the car and we did try two or three cars before I settled on this one and I’m glad I did because it is very comfortable

I cannot recommend Concept Car Credit enough. The sales team were superb. My circumstances were not straightforward at all but they were very patient and understanding about this. They literally could not do enough to help me.

Gaz was very efficient, and he could not do enough for me. I'm self-employed and I was struggling to get time off work to collect my car. Gaz managed to get the car delivered to me. I was expecting it to take a week or more for him to arrange this, but he managed to get the car dropped off for me the following day. He also told me if I needed anything, to text him, and he would get back to me as soon as he could. Gaz deserves a pay rise because he's really good at his job and went the extra mile to help me.

Jamie, who looked after me during the purchase of my Vauxhall Mokka, was amazing. Apart from being a Manchester United fan, which nearly put me off buying the car from him 🤣, all jokes aside, I had nothing to complain about. He was very knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to help me. It was a hassle-free service from start to finish.

Concept Car Credit was simply brilliant. When other companies struggled to be able to get me accepted for car finance, it was a breeze for them. I was gobsmacked when I was told I had been accepted and my Ford C-Max was ready for me to collect within a matter of days. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had making a purchase from a company; it really was perfect. 

It is true that car dealerships get a very bad name for using hard sales tactics and trying to push someone into a sale; however, my recent experience with Concept Car Credit in Manchester was completely different. From the word go, I was greeted with a warm smile by their sales agent, Gaz, and he told me to take my time looking around the cars. Gaz was there to answer any questions I had if need be, but he never watched over me or made me feel rushed. A solid five stars.

From making the initial enquiry to the handover of my Audi A3 everything was seamless. The salesperson that looked after me was super clear on the process and what was involved. Thank you for everything 😉
