Happy with everything.

The sale was done in really quick timing, I went in, chose a car, went through everything and in and hour or 2 I was driving away. I loved it. The car was spot on and so was the service. Inside and outside the car was immaculate and raj was sound from the get go.

We are loving the new motor. We needed a much bigger car to fit all of the family in, we was looking for something much bigger than what we had, this car ticked all of the boxes! We had a very good chap looking after us, his name was Raj and he was really good, not too full on with the tactics, I went at my own pace and gave me all of the info I needed. It was really easy. 100% recommend.

I came down to Premier Car Supermarket but I wasn't too sure on what I wanted, I was pretty indecisive and Raj was great, he was so patient and gave me as much time as I needed. I was able to try 2/3 cars out before I actually made my mind up. It was a really good experience. Raj was welcoming and made the sale very personalised which I liked. I am most impressed with the way my car is running too! :)

Junaid was very good and provided excellent customer service. I have only driven the car one day as I am away on holiday. I left the following day I collected the car. It was nice driving home. I will provide further feedback once I have driven it for a while. Thanks.

Premier Car Super Market was a very lovely dealership to buy a car from, I went to their Derby branch which was the closest to me. It felt very relaxed and not forced, there was no pushing me into a car or anything like that. The process wasn't daunting or scary, I felt very welcome and at home, the salesperson was happy to explain everything in fine detail, and ran through all bits of paperwork with me too. The vehicle I purchased was spotless, it was mega clean inside and out, it looks fantastic. I am very much enjoying driving my Seat Ibiza!

I have had a very positive experience dealing with Premier Car Supermarket, I was suppose to be dealing with one salesman but I believe he had a family grievance so I had a different sales advise taking care of the sale who was equally as brilliant. All in all, I am very pleased. 5 stars.

Premier Car Supermarket was great when buying my VW Tiguan, everything is running seamlessly with the car and its just as they described it to me. I am currently just waiting on the switch for the wingmirror and then we will be away. I have been impressed with the way the sale went and the customer service was provided at a great level. No issues and a fantastic buying experience.

I'm delighted to report that everything is running smoothly with my car purchase. I'm finding it to be a lovely vehicle and thoroughly enjoying the driving experience. The customer service I received was top draw, the staff were not only helpful but also very friendly. The dealership was clean and tidy and so was the new car, adding to the positive experience. it's been a really good experience overall and one I'd recommend to friends and family.

My experience all round has been pretty positive. We got off to a slightly rocky start but Craig soon got everything all sorted. I got to the dealership, the customer service was excellent, Junaid truly took me under his wind and really looked after me. The car itself looked amazing and I couldn't have been any happier with it. On the day of collection there was a little waiting around but nothing major. On my way home and EML flashed up but as soon as this showed I got in contact with the dealership straight away, at this time I was quite worried as I live a fair few hours away from Derby (Where I picked the car up from), after telling Craig about the EML light he said that I could take it into the garage near me and get it sorted and they would cover the cost. In all fairness, PCS have been brilliant, they have sorted everything they said they would. Every second hand car has issues but it's all about how the dealership deals with the issues. I would happily rate 4/5 stars, no one is perfect but they have been excellent in resolving any issues! I am still very very happy with my car, with how Craig delt with the hiccup and how fast he got everything resolved. I would highly recommend PCS Derby with no hesitation and I would happily consider coming back here for another car in the future.
