Seriously we were in and out buying our Focus from Nuneaton, yet not once did we feel rushed. Tim did a great job at explaining everything for us and a stone wasnt left unturned. In the first week of having the car a issue did accur but the team there did everything they could to get it fixed and back on the road, which was very much appreciated by us.
