Brilliant customer service! And excellent customer care

This was my first car purchase after having company cars up until now. After a couple of test drives elsewhere I found something suitable here. The team were really accomodating, I turned up late one evening after a long drive where I took a wrong turn... I was able to look over the car and discuss details, then came back the next day for a test drive. The team were really friendly and helpful, and happy to talk me through the process. I ran everything past friends with more experience in car buying and they were impressed at the service. The car was already a good price, but they then did loads of work in preparation for collection, New timing belt, water pump, brake pads and discs, tyres, service, MOT and warranty. I bought the car with a single key, and they called up weeks later to say they had just received the second key and other bits, and will send them on.

Came today to look for a car on reccomendation from a friend. Every member of staff I spoke with nothing was too much trouble. They were patient and friendly. No pressure to buy. Bash sorted the paperwork and was hilarious I felt like I'd known him for years by the time I left. Would highly recconend purchasing a car from here.

After a few teething problems finally got the car. The group of guys who looked after me with keeping me up to date and giving me a car so could still take the kids camping were second to none. If you find a car to buy here you will have peace of mind from start to finish. Thankyou guys.

Visited North West Autos from London and was very impressed by the quality of the service that I received.
