I can't thank Concept Car Credit enough for all their help in getting me my Ford Focus. Initially, I wasn't sure which car I wanted, but they allowed me to test drive a few different options until I found the perfect fit with the Ford Focus. The team was incredibly helpful and made the process super quick and easy. I will definitely consider going back to them when it's time for an upgrade.

I have had a Ford Focus for a while but Vauxhalls have always had my heart so I wanted to switch back. All my family having Vauxhalls probably didn't help as it was just a reminder of what I was missing. Even though I had some finance remaining on my Focus I managed to get this paid off through Concept Car Credit and a new finance agreement put in place for an Astra. It is a similar size to the Focus which is ideal as I have a 2 year old granddaughter so I need to be able to ferry her around to her street dance classes and to and from nursery. We are loving it though and she is 2 going on 20, the little diva, so I am sure she would be the first to tell me if she didn't like anything about it. Typically when I was going through buying the car my son ended up in hospital so I thought I was going to have to rush off before finishing the process but they were really understanding and confirmed all the finance was sorted and I just needed to choose what car I wanted. They were planning to show me around the options but with me wanting to rush off and knowing what I wanted, we got it all sorted really quickly. It turns out my son was fine so I could have spent longer there but you never stop worrying about your kids do you, even when they are 30. I am so grateful to the guys at the dealership though for looking after me and understanding what was going on.

When I bought my Peugeot 3008 SUV I needed to get it on finance and I always worry there may be some hidden fees or something but they explained everything to me on the phone and helped me get it all sorted. They went through the terminology with me to make sure I understood everything and that there were no nasty surprises. I was in quite a bad place so I knew I needed something to pick me up and thought what is a better pick me up than a new car! My BMW 3 series has certainly done that anyway. It is ridiculous, I can't stop smiling now and I get so many compliments on it wherever I go. It is just awesome and such an upgrade from my old car it is unreal. The guys were really lovely too. I live in the Midlands so by the time I got there it was only about 5 minutes before they closed but they stayed open just for me and still gave me that 5 star treatment. They took the time to understand me and what I liked so they could suggest cars that they thought would suit me which was really nice of them and it definitely paid off!

I was really sceptical at first when I bought my BMW 2 Series as I aren't usually a fan of a BMW but I am pleasantly surprised by it. It has really grown on me and now I love it and wouldn't swap it for the world! The guys at Concept were brill and really looked after me when I was there and made sure I understood everything before going ahead. I needed a reliable little run around for getting to work and constantly playing taxi for the kids. The Citroen C1 was ideal for this and I just fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. I had applied for the credit online and then went down to have a look at the cars and they took me around all the cars I could get which is when I found my Citroen. They told me with it being a bit more they would need a deposit but they were really accommodating and worked with me to get a deposit amount that was affordable for me so that I could still secure the car which I really appreciated.
