I've always round Concept Car Credit really reliable when it comes to getting in touch if I had any questions. I can't remember who looked after my account but he was always quick to respond and the way handled my application was amazing, honestly faultless! A month in and my Ford C-Ma has been everything I hopes it would be.

I'm really pleased with my recent experience at the dealership. My new car is performing exceptionally well and gets used daily, including a trip out to Chester recently. It was my first time dealing with this dealership, and I found them to be brilliant. Unlike other companies I tried, they were upfront about everything from the start. The process was fast, which I really appreciated. I'm considering taking out the warranty with them too, given the positive experience I've had. Overall, I can't thank the team enough for their excellent service.

My Audi Q3 is performing well so far. While I've only driven it on short trips around town, I haven't had the chance to take it on any longer journeys yet but I'll get round to it. This is my 4th car from Concept Car Credit, and I have no complaints. Each time, they've explained the ins and outs of the process thoroughly. What stands out is their personalised approach as they take the time to tailor the experience to your needs. They genuinely listen to what you're looking for. I'll definitely be using Concept Car Credit again.

For my first time using Concept Car Credit, I was very impressed with how everything was handled from the initial enquiry to the day of picking up the keys. There was no issues or delays leading up to the purchase, everything was as smooth as it could have been. I've taken my BMW 3 Series out on a good spin and it's been spot on, I'm really enjoying it. I would 100% use Concept again in the future.

From the very start of the application process the team were very transparent with what I was signing up for, meaning I was left with no hidden surprises when it came to collecting the car. I went with a Vauxhall in the end and for now it seems to be holding up well but it has only been a couple of months. 4 stars for now.

To be honest It's mainly my partner who drives our new Vauxhall but I've not had any complaints from him, so I can assume that everything is in order. Big thank you to the team at Concept for making the application process really easy from the word go.

Keiron and the team at Concept Car Credit bent over backwards to make sure everything was plain sailing while picking up my SEAT from them towards the middle of last month. I cannot fault them in the slightest.
