We have had a couple of cars from Concept Car Credit now, and up until now they haven't disappointed and I'm sure it will stay that way. We have had a different person each time to handle our application but every time we have never felt rushed.

Everyone involved in the process to get my BMW 3 Series have been super helpful but I want to give a special mention to Gaz for going above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for him from the moment I was put into contact with him and to be honest, if he hadn't done what he did, I wouldn't have been able to get my car. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I couldn't be happier with my new car from this company! After being denied finance before from other dealerships, I wasn't very hopeful that this time would be different but I got accepted within minutes. Everything from that point on was very straight forward and the agent who was looking after me was clear about the process and the rates. I'd happily use Concept again.

Amazing service from start to finish. We got in touch on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon we had the car sorted ready for us to part exchange ours. John (who looked after my application) is a legend, honestly I can't speak highly enough of him. There wasn't any awkwardness when speaking on the phone and we actually had some very good conversations. I was so excited to get my Nissan Qashqai that John was happy to push stuff through to turn the car around as fast as possible. I've been on a couple of motorway trips but nothing too long but we have summer holidays coming up soon so I'm sure Ill put some miles on it then.

Let's just say my old car didn't go down to well with the lads at work because I had a Fiat 500 and it's safe to say they let me know about it 😀 so I was quick to be in the market for another car. I went for a Ford Fiesta and it went down a lot better with the lads. From start to finish everyone was really friendly and I thought it was a straight forward process. Ill be back in a couple of years to get an upgrade.

I love my Nissan Qashqai that I purchased through Concept Car Credit. Unfortunately I've not had much chance to drive it due to personal reasons but I look forward to using it more in the coming weeks.
