I've been everywhere in my Skoda since buying it and it's going well. I can't remember the name of the salesman but there wasn't any pressure throughout the sale and when it came to the handover, the car was well presented.

Everything has been cool with my Peugeot and I'm happy with it.

I never give top marks but I can't think of anything that could have gone any different while I was at Concept. This was my first time getting a car from here and the process was dead easy, and I had no problems with the service I received. I'm getting on great with the car, it's been spot on.

One phone call car sorted out amazing recommend to anyone both my daughters have cars off them now

The car that I purchased from Concept Car has been good. I dealt with multiple salesmen on the day, and they were all very helpful.

I couldn't rate them highly enough. Jamie has been excellent throughout the process. I had an issue with the car initially, but the team helped me to get it sorted and claimed on the warranty, which was provided and the car has been great since. She's used every day, and I love it.

While I was at Concept Car Credit I didn't get the chance to test drive the car. So when I started to drive home. I noticed a rattling sound and after taking it to a garage, it turned out to be a loose bolt, which has now been sorted and the car has been perfect. Everything else with the dealership was brilliant.

4 stars only because there was one person at Concept Car Credit that didn't make the experience top marks but after Kieran took over, it went a lot better and he was great. I did have an issue at the start as my car wouldn't start but I went the garage and it's all sorted now.

The car is alright. It was a pretty good experience from start to finish. The finance process was ok too.
