When purchasing my Audi, I was communicating with Josh throughout. He made this process super smooth and easy throughout and was happy to answer any questions that I had, even after closing hours!
Josh talked me through the full process and was more than happy to help. All the staff at Brown's Auto were really friendly and knowledgeable! Impeccable service all round.

Browns were brilliant - a breath of fresh air and thoroughly deserving of five stars. After a few difficult experiences with dealers, Browns were friendly, positive, patient and very customer-focussed. They could not have done more to help and reassure me about the Citreon we purchased. It is clear they are very committed to providing excellent after-care, and went above and beyond, providing me with a year's MOT, fresh tyres and assurance they would deal with anything that came up in the first 30 days, followed by the warranty. They understand customer concern very well and gave me complete confidence they would deal with any issues. Positive, personable, and complete peace of mind. We are delighted with the car and the purchase and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new car. But i have to honestly say, and this is coming from a person who is has been in sales for over 20 years! Josh - is amazing! How every salesperson should be! Infectiously intelligent and nothing is to much, you feel like he genuinely cares! He's fast to respond and his honesty screams through his passion and tone on calls and through email/text - he really does care about the family business and the cars he sells.
100% recommend - my next car will be from Browns Autos, even if I have to wait.

A fantastically run family business! Completely changes the stigma around car dealers. Car advertised well with lots of pictures and a video, car clean and gleaming on arrival, friendly family team, couldn’t do more for me. Would use again for sure!

Collected my vehicle today from Browns Auto's & Josh was fantastic, he went beyond helping to arrange delivery and the car is rare as well being a few years old but it was as described, Thank you Josh & meeting the team today also made it perfect, I am smiling, very happy customer.

I bought a car from Brown's Autos last year, the buying experience was lovely, they wers happy to answer all my questions and respectful throughout the process. To no fault of their own there were some initial issues with the car (squeaky brakes and a cigarette burn from the previous owner) and even within all the Covid chaos these issues were sorted quickly with no extra stress to me (which is ideal). It's easy to say these guys are great when you have a simple transaction but their quick actions to fix issues really showed their genuine, honest approach to their work. Nice work guys! Will be recommending you to anyone that asks!
