Hats off to Gaz for all of his help to make sure I secured the exact model of Ford Focus! He really took all of the stress away of buying a car because he handled everything. Once the paperwork was signed we arranged a day to collect it and I was happy to see it was valeted ready for me to take away. It's been driven daily because of work and it's amazing.

Everything was made really easy and it was a very straight forward process. The hardest part of the process was trying to get good signal where I was! but I was happy with how my application was handled, so I can't complain.

I'm only a month in to owning my Nissan Micra but so far I'm very impressed! I only do little tips meaning I won't be going on any big trips but Its perfect for me. I can't remember the agents name who looked after me but he was great and made sure I understood everything before agreeing to have the car.

Jamie was excellent from start to finish and I can't fault him. I can't comment on my Insignia because 2 hours after buying it, a van crashed into me ☹️ it's currently being repaired, but I look forward to getting it back.

Really impressed with the team at Concept because not once did I feel pressured into committing to a car that I wasn't 100% sure about. I did make the right decision in the end to get the Seat Leon and it's been great! Easy 5 stars ⭐

The Hyundai Tucson is doing alright, I actually adore it because it's looking after me very well. I've driven it around my local area in Huddersfield since getting it, and I can't knock it. Becky and Gaz were both nice and helpful during the process. This is my second car from this dealership, and both times the experience has been very respectful. The car had 60k miles on the clock when I got it which is well below where it should be.
