I thought the people at Premier Car Derby were really nice and polite to deal with. From the get to the experience has been great. I have not encountered any issues, I was just missing a parcel shelf but I'm sure if I chased it up they would sent it to me with no issues at all. Really great people!

So happy with the condition of my Ford Focus, when I first go it, it was perfect, so clean and tidy and int he best condition possible.The only thing I have noticed that's missing is the manual but I'm sure the team will have no issues with sending it out. Janad was highly accommodating and showed great attention to detail as you can tell by how spotless the car was.

Everything is well with the My Fiat 500, I have had a few cars of young Josh down there and I always leave very happy. Josh is a good guy and has looked after me very well in the past. I only ever come to you guys! I will rate 4 stars because you cant be the best at everything can you.

I've not done many miles in my Fabia yet but from what I have driven of it, I'm getting along with it well. The customer service was positive and impressive.

I am so glad I changed the car that I previously chose, it just was not for me. I must admit I am very pleased with the Skoda Fabia I switched to. Thank you for giving me the chance to swap my car, that old MG I had was a huge mistake. This Skoda on the other hand, its well and truly beats the MG. Josh was a really great salesman, so understanding and helpful when I was going through with he swap. Full on 5 stars.
