As a first time owner of a BMW 220d I can honestly say that the car is amazing it's driving very well! I honestly love it. Thank you to Chelsea the saleswoman, for looking after me on the day. The Audi TT I purchased from Phantom Motor Company is fantastic and lovely to drive. The diamond brite ceramic coating is great. I've washed it a few times now and it's so quick and easy. I can't recommend it enough. My experience purchasing a vehicle was stress free and easy. All your staff are polite, friendly and happy to help (Alastair was great going through the sale with me). Anthony was a great salesman and he was one of the reasons that we decided to go with Phantom Motor Company. I was interested in the Audi A1 & A3. Anthony pointed them both out and let me look at them within my own time, which was great not to be pressured. I went with the A1 in the end because of the spec. The car has done about 400/500 miles added to the clock since and its been running really smooth.

Strong 4 from me as my BMW has been running very well. I haven't driven it that much because of working in London and the only things I did notice that need looking at were the LED in the door cards and jerking when accelerating. The car is still under warranty so I'm not in a rush.

Happy to give 5* because the salesman who looked after me on the day walked me through the whole process from start to finish. I was going from an Audi S3 to the Audi E-Tron, he gave me all of the information I needed about the car and made the whole thing straight forward. The E-Tron has been cheap to run and I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

No issues on my end whatsoever. The BMW hasn't missed a beat and I'm as happy as Larry.

Alister was very informative while I was at the dealership making my enquiry and I didn't feel any sort of pressure from him while I was making my decision. I purchased the Ariel Atom and for the couple of times I've had it out, it's been good. There were a couple of minor issues that I've had to sort, but it's a second hand car, it's to be expected.

I've not come across any real issues with my Toyota Aygo, it's been a nice little motor so far. Chelsea looked after me the second time visiting the dealership and she was lovely to deal with, especially when it came to part exchanging in my old car. There was a delay with getting the car serviced on the day but otherwise, it's been great.

My Volkswagen Amarok has been absolutely fantastic! Happy to give a good 4 stars definitely because Kevin was very straight forward and answered all my questions on the day.
