Anthony looked after me both time while I was at the dealership, the first time was to come and view the car then the second was to take the car out and make the purchase. I wouldn't change anything about my visit and I would definitely use them again.

Very happy with the customer service from the team at Ponko. I thought everyone was really helpful and it was nice to be offered a test drive because this is when I fell in love with the car. I have noticed that the charging in the car doesn't last as long as it says it does, but I'll keep an eye on the battery. Otherwise I'm enjoying it.

Everything is going alright with my Ford Kuga that I recently purchased and I hope to get a lot of miles out of the car in the future. Haydn was a great salesman and he had a great, no pressure approach to the sale. I'd give him 10 stars out of 5 for his service.

I'm getting on really really good with my Golf! I just need to get my window looked at because it doesn't always go up/ down on the first attempt, but otherwise it's been great. Haydn couldn't do enough for me, he answered all my questions and he was super helpful.

Absolutely over the moon with my Mini Hatch! Matthew was super cool and really informative. The car was in great condition when I picked it up, and any minor issues I pointed out were quickly sorted out before I collected it.
