Had a really great experience getting my car from Ponko. I really like the fact they have a garage on site because it allowed me to ask a few questions about the car before going ahead with it. Both the mechanic and Anthony were a great help. I've already added 1500 miles to the car in the past couple of weeks and it drives like a dream.

Andy in after care was brilliant, I had a small issue that required me to bring the car back within the same week and he made sure to sort everything out for me. The Ford C-Max hasn't had any issues since.

Overall I'm very happy with my Mercedes. I recently had to change the wiper blade on the front of the car as it was making a squeaking sound but otherwise all is okay.

The car hasn't been used much since purchasing it as my daughter hasn't passed her test yet but it has been out a couple of times and it's been great. I have noticed that the headlights are a bit dim but I'll get these checked out. The salesman was brilliant. I thought he was very informative and not once did he pressure us to make a sale.

Happy to give 5 stars! I'm just hoping to receive my logbook in the next couple of weeks. Haydn was the salesman who looked after me and I thought he was great to deal with. Even when I had an issue with my battery, he was able to sort me out with a new one right away.

Really great service from Hayden. Wasn’t pushy didn’t feel as though I HAD to get a car which most car places make me feel like I do! Very reliable and trustworthy. He was also very knowledgable which narrowed my search for a family car easier.

I absolutely love my Fiat 500! I haven’t taken it on any long-distance drives yet, but my daughter is learning to drive and it’s such an easy and lovely little car to drive. The whole experience was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend this dealership. It was so easy, and the service was just professional and friendly. I gave them my budget, and they only showed me cars that were perfect for what I could afford. I really appreciated that because I’ve been to dealerships before where they showed me cars way over my budget. Ponkos’ approach was refreshing.

This is my first time using Ponko and everything went well. I thought James listened to everything we wanted out of a car. There was a key mark down the side of the car that needed touching up and on the day of collection the issue was resolved. Making a smooth and on time handover.
