From start to finish the service here was impeccable, there isn't a single thing that would have improved my experience. They went above and beyond for me. The car is of top quality which I never doubted for a minute.

The customer service here is really, REALLY good! If there was anything I needed they were only on the end of the phone and always happy to assist. The Audi is absolutely perfect! I definately recommend Autolab and would use them again myself.

What really stood out to me about the team at Autolab was their knowledge of the cars, they were so informative and answered all my questions with depth. Everything is done with precision and perfection. The staff in the office are also brilliant. I didn't have an unpleasant interaction with a single person, they are all class people. The Defender was delivered to me which was incredibly convenient and it goes without saying it is a fantastic car.

If I could give 10 stars I would, there wasn't a single thing out of line when I bought the Defender, the sales guys here know exactly what they are on about and very passionate about cars. You can see the effort they put into the cars and what they do, by far the best dealership I've bought from.

They had lots of cars to look at but most of all they had the exact one I wanted.... a Land rover Defender, the exact colour, spec, interior and I absolutely love the wheels... it was meant to be! I was surprised to see it in such great shape for a used car, you'd think it was fresh out the factory to look at. Really landed on my feet with this, thank you to the lads that helped me along the way, I'll be seeing you in a couple years time for another!
