My Discovery is absolutely awesome! It is lovely and is in tip top condition for a second hand car. It is such a smooth drive and picks up pace well when it needs too. The customer service was brilliant, from beginning to end they were spot on with their communication, everything was highly organised, it was a really good overall experience!

The team here are just what you want, not pushy in the slightest. Jamie was brilliant, in fact all of them are, everyone was happy to help! The GLA I bought for my misses is a lovely car, she loves it! I recommend these guys all the time they are top.

I had my eye out for a Toyota Auris for a little while for many reasons but mostly I love that this car is made in the UK! I was so pleased to find one for sale at Birchwood and after taking it for a test drive it was as good as mine. The staff got the purchase complete in a nice timely manor and I was on the road in my new wheels in no time.

I only encountered one small hiccup when I bought my BMW from BMC and it was very easily resolved and nothing that would deter me from returning in the future. The car is great overall and the team were very accommodating.

I adore my little Mini Coupe! Its so cute and I don't see many others on the road. I went for a gorgeous cream and black combo and it looks so smart 😍 The interior is glorious as well, the speedo looks so retro. The team here were extremely helpful, definitely worth the trip down from Scotland!

I popped down to the garage at Birchwood with my old car for a little bit of maintenance, when a Smart Forfour they had for sale caught my eye. The next day I took my wife down and she LOVED it so the deal was as good as done shall we say 😂 This is first car I have actually purchased from Birchwood so I had no experienced their buying process before but it was so simple. I notice my aircon needed a little top up so I just enquired with the team here if this was something they could help me with and they couldn't have been more accommodating.
