The staff at JMV Cars were so helpful and friendly, it was a great experience buying my car here. It was hands down the the quickest car sale I have ever done... absolutely no messing around. My Car is good, the service was good... happy days! If I wanted another car I would contact this dealership as a first port of call.

I'm really enjoying the new VW UP. Its a excellent little car and so easy to drive and park. The customer service I received at JMV cars... I can not fault, the guys that dealt with me; Andy the owner, and I think the other guy was Mark, they were great to me. Based on my first experience at JMV cars I would like to be a returning customer, hopefully see you in a year or two.

I was well and truly looked after by the staff at JMV cars, they were friendly, kind and very professional. Everything was explained to me clearly and they helped me with anything I asked. I spoke to the sales manager quite a bit and he was excellent, highly knowledgeable! I was a bit taken back when I actually got in the car to drive it away for the first time, it was presented superbly, it looked brand spanking new!

The AMG caught my eye straight at JMV, they had the most prefect one I've ever seen! When I saw that they sold Lambos it made me realise how much of a good dealership this must be. I instantly trusted them. Matt and all the staff were massively helpful and very friendly with me. Many reasons as to why I bought this car. I purchased the VW T-cross as a first car for my son who recently passed the driving exam. The car was immaculate, the bodywork was impeccable, the insurance price was brilliant. I think Volkswagen is a very reliable car brand so I was very happy to see this one for sale. I felt safe purchasing this car for my son as a first car. Purchasing T- cross was a great experience. The customer service was unbelievable. The process of this was sorted as quickly as possible and really smooth.

I had an estate car before I purchased my BMW X3, I wanted something with a 4 wheel drive. It was the model that caught my eye to be honest, I love the way they look and the size. The drive of these are pretty impressive, really comfortable and so smooth. The customer service side of things was brilliant and I was looked after very well by everybody I spoke to, its a high end dealership this, very very nice. I highly rate JMV cars and if they had the right car I would use this dealership again without second thought.

For anybody who is reading this review, I would recommend JMV cars to you, I know I would happily use them again without hesitation. The guys at JMV are a really good bunch, I couldn't have asked for anything further from them, especially when I did have a slight issue. It was an unforeseen issue (technology inside the car), but as soon as I called and spoke to Matt he was very quick to get me booked in back down there for it to be looked at. I went down and it was sorted there and then, so effifecent, helpful and never made me feel awkward. I am so pleased with my choice of car and more than satisfied with both the at sale and after sale customer service. Thanks again gents 😁
