We bought our car from Hearsall Common Car Sales 7 months ago and it has been fine with. We went back to day to buy a second car and got a good deal, A big selection of cars at good prices. The place is very busy and there always seems to be people to help and cars coming and going. Thanks for the good deal and advise.

Took my car back to Hearsall Common Car Sales this morning for them to check what was wrong with it mechanic said track rod ends???? I know it has 3 faults suspension top bearings! Drop link arms !!!wheel bearing!!!!! Taking it to vosa to them check it mot

Nice and easy transaction by polite and courteous sales person. No hard sell was just what i wanted. Very propt and professional. Would highly recommend. They beat my quote from we buy any car and was happy to let me search on their compute. Thank you just what was needed.

So i tried to contact Hearsall Common Car Sales through the chat they have online. I asked if they could email be a quote on my trade in as the garage is around 100 miles away . I got no reply from the so i asked again the next day still no reply, So i asked again the next day and still no reply. So i contacted them on facebook chat. The person that replied was ok to start with but then became more and more rude. My car in a mini clubman cooper s very low miles. I contacted WE buy any car 2 months ago and they had offerd me £3700 for the car. A locale to me garage has offered me £4100 for the car against a £18000 evoque but the car was not the colour we want. So i was expecting an offer in this ball park. But they offered me £2700. I pointed out that is was quite low and there was an example of the same car with the same miles on auto trader for £7999 I even linked him the the auto trader add. and im looking for around £4k against an £18000 car. his reply was "HAHJAHHHAHAHHA HAHHAHA CRACK ON M8!! Thanks for the laughs take care and good luck! ... AND hahaha m8 jog on and fantasise on someone else’s time cheers and good luck! "

I purchased a 07 Lexus from Hearsall Common Car Sales just after Christmas,after driving it away there were a few intumitant faults that were not picked up on the test drive,there was a issue with the electric windows and the cars sound system,I informed them and they apologised explaining they were not aware of them either and rectified straight away replacing the switches and fitting another amp,I have seen the bad reviews but I can only say my experience has been a pleasant one,would deffo use again

Recently purchased a vauxhall insignia from hearsall common car sales. The whole experience was pleasant they have a great range of cars to suit all budgets. They went out there way to prep the car to a great standard and helped me have a stress free purchase even down to taxing my car. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car without the harrasment of pushy sales tactics.

We purchased a little corsa for our Son his first car. The staff were very helpfull making sure we got the right car as such a choice. He is more than happy and had it a few weeks now. We would certainly recommend Hearsall Common Car Sales.

Had a very very unpleasant experience with what we thought were a reputable garage. Found out the hard way that honesty, integrity and morality is something that has long been lacking at Hearsall Common Car Sales. The full details are too much to list but I'm happy to discuss with anyone should you want more info. But basically the car they sold had a start problem and all the garage wanted to do from day one when we contacted them was push us off to the warranty company. First contact day 3 of picking up the car. Thinking it may have been a simple fix it went in to a local garage. They were not able to identify the fault so we decided to book it in with a specialist and pay for an independent assessment on the car. Unfortunately the car didn't last that long. Less than 3 weeks of owning it the car was recovered at my expense to the specialist garage. It's in your contract check it. Because of this and the fact the car was not road worthy and was considered a danger to other road users the car was officially rejected within 28 days under consumer rights. That meant nothing to them. Long story short cut off all communication with them and pursued a claim via the credit card company.

I have left a review now as I have my money back all out of pocket exspenses Insurance Tax the purchase price. I'm sure a campany such as Vanquis would not breach Data Protection and just give out there customer information to some ramdom caller bit silly to say we phoned them and they wouldnt confirm. But if you insist on calling me a liar I will happliy publish there award letter and while im at it the inspection letter from a 4x4 specalist. I had no problems running the car and if the car didnt have problems it would still be on the road. But sadley the car had a turbo issue valve stuck open causing thick smoke from the exhaust, The AC pump needed replacing and the fuel injectors where only running on to cylinders. All can be proved with a report and videos which i will happliy publish. As for the warrenty campany more lies. You told them You didnt want a report after they knew the car location. You wanted to collect the car and wouldnt put in writing you would refund the cost. As the law states any issues within the first 30days you are intitled to a refund. Now I will be reporting you to Trading Standards for a breach in the data protection act for publishing emails for which I have never seen before and that are fabricated

We would strongly refute all of the claims you have made, We would also like to mention that your claim that you was refunded by the credit card company is totally unfounded as i am unaware of any credit card companies that would refund you and let you keep the vehicle and not notify the merchant. We adhere to all of the consumer legislations set out in the sale of goods act hence we have been operating for many years.
