I would give 5 rating. This is my second motor and have confidence in them to supply a quality vehicle. Any problems are quickly addressed. In my case a stone chip to the windscreen whilst being delivered was repaired at no cost to me. Both tines I have bought online without viewing in person. That's why I'd return again as description and service.

When first approaching the dealership with the interest in a Porsche 944. I think the customer service could have been a bit better, but after dealing with a different salesman during the purchasing of the vehicle, it improved drastically. He was much more open to discussion regarding price and potential problems. I also appreciated the extensive test drive due to it being a sports car.

Everything has been all good since getting the car just before the weekend. Managed to take it out a few times; all seems good. Whilst buying the Range Rover Sport, there was no pressure at all at the garage, and everything went smoothly.

So far everything with my Land Rover Discovery is going well. We managed to take it out over the bank holiday weekend, and it's been great. I felt everything went smoothly on the day of buying the car, there was no hassle and the people were very nice. They also have some tidy motors.

Everything I've asked Marshall & Son Motors for since getting the car they have sorted for me, no problem. Before getting the car I can say that there was no pressure at all. I ended up visiting the dealership 3 times before going ahead with it, and every time, they were happy for me to walk around the car and spend as much time as I wanted with it. There was no pressure, no problems, excellent service from the dealership.

I could not recommend Marshall & Son Motors enough. From the first call I made, it has been nothing short of an exceptional experience. I initially spoke to Jake, but I actually ended up dealing with everyone—from Jake to James to Ed—everyone at Marshall & Son has exceeded my expectations. I traveled quite a distance after they invited me to come and view the Range Rover. They were open about the car and its history from the very start, and we went on such a great test drive. It wasn't a short drive where you have to make a quick decision to commit to the vehicle; we went down the motorways, country lanes, and different areas so I could really experience and test out the vehicle. I put down my deposit and went back, and while I was waiting to sell my car, there was no pressure from anyone at the dealership. They kept me updated on the vehicle, letting me know they had completed a service on it for me, etc. Once the car was ready for me to pick up, they actually arranged delivery so I didn’t have to travel again. Everything went smoothly with the delivery. I did have an issue with one of the parking sensors, but just as they promised, I called them up, and they are helping me get it booked in with a garage close to me to get looked over. They really have got your back and look after you. I have always had a 4x4 and have been to a few different dealerships, but this is the first one where I would actually go back for my next car. From start to finish, it has just been a high standard of great service. If I could give a 10, I would. Thank you to every single member of the team.

We purchased two vehicles from Marshall and Son for our business: a Range Rover Discovery and a Range Rover Vogue. We are having an issue with the Vogue, the front suspension shock absorbers seem to have gone. However, we have it booked in to be checked over and sorted. The Discovery is great, with no issues at all. The whole team at Marshall and Son Motors has been fantastic. They stayed late when we were purchasing, without any complaints. The customer service is top-notch, and everyone is proactive. I was never left waiting to speak to someone. If they didn’t answer, I received a callback immediately. The whole team is proactive and shows great customer care. Very helpful, five stars all the way!

Marshall and Sons Motors went above and beyond-everything was quick and easy, I was able to do a finance application online, and had a video tour of the van, and was even able to have it delivered-it’s the quickest and easiest way I’ve ever brought a new car!
