I have bought 3 cars from Marshall and Son Motors so far and each one has never let me down. The staff are good guys, they don't mess around. They take pride in what they do, these guys take good care of their customers. I have been back 3 times purely just because you know what your getting and you know it will be reliable. Just can't knock these chaps! The only issue I have has is with has been a little electrical fault but as soon as I informed the lads down at the dealership it was fixed straight away. All round, trustworthy, reliable and thorough.

I was dealing with a gent called Kenny, he was spot on! He is a knowledgeable chap that knows his cars like the back of his hand. Couldn't of gotten much better to be honest. There were some initial problems with the lights, but the team there was quick to address and resolve them to my satisfaction. The customer service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff who are easy to get along with. I appreciated their prompt attention and how they efficiently fixed the issues. Overall, I had a great experience with Marshall and Son Motors, and I would rate it a 5/5! All is running well with the car all fine, some issues with the lights, helped got sorted for me no issues, happy with how they fixed and how fast. A very professional team that were so unbelievably helpful during the buying process. There has been no issues as of yet with the Porsche 911 and the car was bought a few months ago. Overall I am highly satisfied!

I came to see Kenny as I was after a electric car, I loved the Mercedes B class, god its lovely. Lovely lovely lovely car, I love it to pieces. I really like the lads at the dealership to, they were genuinely really helpful and were so human and had an amazing sense of humour, not like the rest of the idiot car sells out here. This is a different kind of dealership, one where you want to go and have a great time with a smashing car. They know the crack. 6 stars out of 5 from me. I love them!
