All perfect, no issues so far! The service was spot on can’t fault anything. I was seen straight away, no complaints from me. Definitely 5* service.

We had a Ford C Max previously as my wife hadn't been driving long but as our family is growing (especially my son - I wish he would slow down haha) we decided to get a bigger family car. The Ford Kuga was ideal for what we wanted so we had a look online and saw Premier Car Supermarket. We gave their Derby branch a ring to see what Kugas they had in and to arrange to go see them. When we got there the 2 Kugas they had were parked up next to each other for us to have a look at which was a really nice touch! Junaid was great, he answered any questions we had and wasn't pushy at all. He just did the checks and gave us the keys to have a good look at them and take them for a test drive. We loved it and took it away and it has been so much better for the long journeys we do visiting family and is just much more comfortable for us all.

I had great service at Premier Car Supermarket and it made it just a really pleasant experience. Only thing none of us noticed was there was 1 tyre that was a different size, we only spotted it after we had driven 100 miles home 🤦‍♂️. The guys were really good though and sent us the money to get it changed! Would use them again if I was looking for another car.

When I was looking to part exchange my car I was looking to get the best deal. The guys at Premier Car Supermarket in Derby gave me such a good deal I thought they were joking. They offered me above what I was expecting even though they could definitely have haggled it down if they wanted. They had the cheapest GLA which is what I wanted too so it felt like a steal! It was all dealt with quickly and they explained everything really well!

We bought a car for my daughter recently and she has been loving it. The wipers got a bit perished not long after we picked it up but the guys at the dealership were happy to reimburse us for the cost of replacing these, although typically I lost the receipt 🤦‍♂️. The service from the guys was really good though and the aftercare team responded straight away when we contacted them.

I had been looking for my next car for a while and Premier Car Supermarket - Derby had just what I was looking for at a great price. I found them online and they were about 45 minutes from me which was ideal really as it was halfway between home and work so I just gave them a call and arranged to go down. The guy I spoke to on the phone wasn't there on the day but the guys at the dealership were really helpful and even got the scratches in the paintwork sorted for me! They were so understanding when I had to rearrange collecting the car due to some health issues too which was great.
