I was looking to purchase a campervan and I came across a Volkswagen California through the AA with Marshall and Son Motors in Walsall for sale so I gave them a call to have a chat with them about it and to arrange when it would be suitable to go and take a look at it. When I got to their showroom I was met by their salesman who was very welcoming towards me and gave me a tour round the campervan. I asked them to make a few minor changes to it and a couple of minor repairs and they did that for me without hesitating.
