The van is going alright, though I’m not using it a great deal to keep the mileage down. It was my first time visiting Phantom, and everything went well. I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but the handover was spot on, and the van was in clean condition when I collected it.

Really happy with the service I received at this dealership. I had to bring my Porsche Cayenne back as it had a couple of issues, but the aftersales were brilliant at getting it in and sorted. I've only had the car back for a couple of days, but everything seems to be fine now.

Several years ago, I sold a car to Phantom Motor Company in Wigan, and this is how I knew about the dealership. I found myself in the market to buy a new vehicle recently, so I decided to give them a try. The service from Jon was really good, overall, I'm pleased with things and have nothing to moan about. The Land Rover is a great car, and it's running fine so far.

The actual transaction itself was seamless. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the process was handled. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes, which is truly impressive and speaks volumes about Phantom Motors. However, like many used car purchases, there was a slight fault with the vehicle. Instead of brushing it aside, Phantom took ownership of the situation and has been working to resolve it. The problem has been diagnosed, and the car is scheduled to go in for repairs soon, which is incredibly reassuring.

Found our perfect car online but dealership was too far for us to travel to around work etc so decided to purchase online. We were sent a detailed personalised video of the vehicle which pointed out any small flaws so we were reassured that we knew exactly what condition the car was in etc. We then got the car delivered to our home a week later.
Friendly service from all, speedy delivery and the car was absolutely spotless! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking :)
