We bought a Porsche Panamera a few months ago from Phantom and dealt with Chris one of the owners of the company, we received so much positive and professional advice and help from him. We also received a complementary bottle of wine and unbrella. A few months after purchasing the vehicle we found it had an issue with the water pump of their vehicle, This had occurred after we had purchased the vehicle: We contacted Chris and he agreed for us to take the vehicle to a local garage to have this fixed and agreed to cover the cost. We received the payment to cover the cost the same day the water pump was fixed with no issues. I couldn’t recommend the company enough. Brilliant service and complexly in love with my car!!

Went to Phantom Motor Company to look around, greeted by a lad called John, was made to feel welcome and look around a car I found at my own comfort. Sorted all my finance and stuff out, and kept me up to date all through the process. Ran extremely smooth and took less than a week to complete the process. We arrived at phantom motor company to view a bmw X4 for my wife, when we arrived on Saturday morning they was several other customers walking around, I was going to view two more vehicles that day and thought you know what there busy I will come back.
