Chris was absolutely amazing during the purchase of mine and my husbands new cars. I was buying my Range Rover as I was due an upgrade and my husbands is a surprise for valentines day! Chris was so friendly and delivered the best customer service I have ever known. Both cars are immaculate, I honestly couldn't be happier, I can't wait to surprise my husband with this new beauty, he is going to blown away! Thanks Phantom!!

I can't put into words how chuffed I am with my new Jaguar XE. The chaps at the dealership have been absolutely fantastic, they were so helpful and made it an easy transaction. I am really impressed with my car, it is absolutely wonderful and I am so pleased with how everything went. I can't imagine going anywhere else for a car.

Phantom tick every box when it comes to an ideal dealership. They're very welcoming and value every customer that walks through their doors. They take good care of you from start to finish and are even there for you after the transaction. For example, I received a courtesy call off of them which I thought was very thoughtful and courteous, and they are also spot on when it comes to their aftersales. I had an issue with my brakes once I had purchased the car, and they were more than happy to sort this for me, and it was free of charge as well which relieved me of a lot of stress. I would be more than happy to return again, and will definitely share my experience with others.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Phantom. They were outstanding during the purchase of my 535D and made the transaction very simple. Their aftersales were great, I did have a small issue but they got the car straight back in the garage and it was sorted within a matter of days. Overall, I thought it was a very pleasant experience and would have no obligation to return here again for my next purchase.
