We bought a Nissan Qashqai recently from Concept I was due to have a baby so needed something more practical for a pram, car seat etc the Qashqai is literally perfect for us! I absolutely love my new car!! I'm so so so happy with it, its by far the nicest car I've ever ever owned!! I went to Concept Car Credit, they found me the PERFECT Vauxhall Adam, got the finance sorted, helped with the paperwork etc, it was the easiest process, they ensured everything ran smoothly, quickly and professionally. I was a bit concerned that I wasn't able to test drive the car before buying, but I am absolutely made up with the car I bought. Its a Vauxhall Mokka and its lovely, absolutely spot on. I am over the moon with my new Ford Kuga, very very happy. Its a fantastic car and perfect for what we need it for. One of the things we was looking for in a car was a tow bar, the Kuga came with a manufactured fitted tow bar which was absolutely perfect for us, we have a caravan and that was the main reason for upgrading. The customer service provided by Concept Car Credit was absolutely brilliant, they couldn't do enough and nothing was too much trouble. I had a little issue with the car when first buying, I contacted Concept and they booked me in for the following morning and that afternoon the car was returned, fully repaired, I really could not have asked for anything more.
