Colin and a young man by the name of Jayden, at least I think that was his name, were absolutely marvellous. Jayden had only just started the week I bought the car, so Colin was showing him the ropes. They both did a great job of taking care of me. I bought myself a little Suzuki Ignis with their guidance, and I absolutely love it. It's perfect for me at my age. Actually, I think it'll be the last car I buy, so I plan to really to look after it to make sure it'll see me through a good few years.

I loved my little Fiat 500 and it was absolutely perfect, until someone decided to run into the back of me. It's a little worse for wear at the minute which is heartbreaking, but once we sort the insurance claim it'll be as good as new (fingers crossed). I can't recall the name of the gentleman that assisted me, but he was fabulous. I especially appreciated his patience and I'd buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

I’m on a break at work so wanted to make sure I left feedback for these guys before I forget again haha! This was my first time dealing with The Trade Centre and I’m so glad we decided to visit their Abercynon branch. Every staff member we met were really helpful, but I wanted to give a shout-out to our salesman. He was the first car dealer to actually listen to what we were looking for and recommend cars that suited our needs, rather than just trying to sell us anything. The entire process was pressure-free and enjoyable. They sat us down, clearly explained everything, and then left us alone to make our decision in peace. We’re made up with the Golf we drove away the same day. A huge thanks to everyone for making it such a great day.

I was in serious need of a new car when my C-Max broke down. I had an idea of wanting a Astra, but as soon as I saw the Mokka I knew it was the one for me! It’s taken a little getting used to but I’m loving it so far. This was my first time at The Trade Centre and Jack really made the experience fantastic.

After purchasing a few cars from The Trade Centre in the past, it was the only place I considered when I needed an upgrade. My Qashqai has been good overall, though unfortunately, we've encountered a few issues with the car. However, I can’t complain because The Trade Centre has been fantastic in resolving everything. Throughout the process, their responsiveness and communication has been commendable. While other dealers might have brushed us off when issues arose, The Trade Centre’s commitment to resolving the problems quickly speaks volumes about their care for customers.

I’ve been using The Trade Centre for years and have bought about five or six cars from them over time. It’s become something of a family tradition as my whole family also goes there for their cars. We keep coming back because the staff are always so friendly and beyond helpful, and their cars are always in excellent condition.
