We decided it was time to upgrade to a 4x4 for more space for the kids, so we headed to our local car supermarket at The Trade Centre Wales. The Abercynon branch was the closest, so we started there. They had such a fantastic selection that we spent over an hour browsing the forecourt. As someone who works in sales, I really appreciated their relaxed, no-pressure approach. It was a huge plus that we were left to look around at our own pace. We ended up choosing a Qashqai and drove away in it within three hours of arriving. I finally decided to take the plunge and got my first car on finance about a month ago. Looking back ’m not sure why I waited so long as it was such a straightforward and hassle-free process. My father-in-law is really happy with his Suzuki Celerio. We decided to visit The Trade Centre Wales because we’d heard great things about it. There was a lot of stock to browse, giving us plenty of options. I was initially a bit dubious about such a large dealership, thinking the salespeople might be pushy, but it was the complete opposite. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, giving us space and answering all our questions. The premises are clean and well-kept, and the cars are nicely laid out—not all cramped together like sardines! If I had to pick one thing to criticise, it would be that the paperwork process could have been a bit quicker, or at least they could have given us a heads-up on how long it would take from the start. But overall, we’re extremely happy!

When I was looking for my Audi, I remembered that my mother had visited the Trade Centre a few years ago and found some great deals. This was perfect for me, as I ended up getting £2,000 off my car as part of a promotion. The customer service is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. After purchasing the car, I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the wheels. As soon as I informed the Trade Centre, they promptly arranged to replace the pads and discs at no cost to me. I couldn't ask for more, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the experience.

We surprised our daughter with a Fiat 500 for her 17th birthday and it was an absolute hit! To say she’s over the moon would be the understatement of the year......it’s safe to say she’s well chuffed with her new car! Where do I even start to do these guys justice? I recently bought a BMW 3 Series from The Trade Centre in Abercynon, and while the car itself is fantastic, what really stands out is the incredible service I received. After a long day of visiting other car dealers The Trade Centre was my last stop, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The quality of cars on display here were exceptional! Every single one was gleaming and showroom-ready, which made the other garages I’d visited feel dull and uninspiring to be honest. Their stock sparkled, and with so many cars to choose from, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, and an overall professional yet friendly vibe, I knew I was in the right place. I hadn’t gone in looking for a BMW, but it caught my eye (maybe even winked at me ha!), and I was sold. I was helped by Jacob and Dan, both of whom were absolutely superb. Jacob, the younger lad, impressed me with his outstanding knowledge—he’s definitely got a bright future ahead of him! Dan was equally fantastic, making the whole process smooth and pressure-free. I felt like I was in good hands and trusted that he was securing me the best possible deal without any uncomfortable upselling or pressure. What’s truly blown me away, though, is how this team has gone above and beyond. I care for a young man with severe autism who is absolutely obsessed with cars. Every Thursday, we visit the Trade Centre just so he can look at the cars. The staff all know him by name, greet him warmly, and make him feel special every single time. For him, it’s the highlight of his week, and for us, it feels like we’ve become part of the TCW family. I really can't thank them enough. These guys deserve more than 10 stars. If you’re looking for quality cars and an experience that genuinely exceeds expectations, trust me—you won’t find a better place than The Trade Centre in Abercynon. I'll be forever grateful for all they've done for us.

The fact these guys are local to home and are a larger dealership initially drew me in. Despite being a big operation, the staff were super friendly which made my purchase enjoyable. I've experienced a slight mechanical issue with my Tucson since but they booked me in to get it looked at within 24 hours. That quick response time's a major advantage of working with a well-established dealership and definitely provides added peace of mind.

I asked friends & family who they'd bought cars from in the local area, and pretty much 99% of them mentioned The Trade Centre in Abercynon. I thought they must be doing something right, so popped over to have a look.. They've got such a lot of cars in stock and there was plenty to choose from. I ended up going with a Vauxhall Astra and managed to drive away in it that very same day. The process was easy and stress free, and they definitely lived up to my expectations.
