I take my hat off to the staff at Trade Centre Wales....It was pouring with rain on the day we visited but that didn't stop them! I wish I could remember the names of the two chaps who helped me as they were bloody brilliant. Despite the weather they came out and walked around the forecourt with me - We spent a lot of time going around various makes/models and we were absolutely soaked by the time I'd made my choice. The chaps there were really knowledgeable and know their stuff. It reminded me why I've bought 5 or 6 cars there before now, and the Hyundai Tucson I got this time around's perfect for the family.

Great service on the whole. I've deducted a point due to longer waiting times than expected, but I'm pretty happy generally speaking.

We bought a Dacia Duster for my grandfather – he's old enough to shake hands with Jesus, but he’s absolutely loving the car, haha! I had previously purchased my own car from Trade Centre Wales and found them a bit too pushy with their warranty products, but since they’re the biggest dealership in the local area, I decided to give them another try. This time the experience was completely different! They allowed us to browse at our own pace, answered all our questions, and even took the time to look up any answers they didn’t have right away. The atmosphere was worlds apart...much more relaxed and we weren’t pressured into buying any warranty add-ons. Whatever changes they’ve made, they've definitely took a step in the right direction.The team absolutely deserves a full 5 stars without question and I’ll definitely be returning to buy another car again soon.

We've bought from TCW before, but I'd definitely say the service was better for us 2nd time around. Everything was quicker and their processes seemed much slicker. The staff have been consistently great though! Everyone you meet's super friendly and they really pay attention to what you want, then suggest a wide range of suitable cars for you to look at. We went for a Renault Captur this time and it's been a godsend in the snowy weather we've had recently.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my little Seat Ibiza! It’s exactly what I wanted and is perfect for commuting back and forth to work. I had visited Trade Centre a few days earlier and once I spotted the car, I couldn't get it out of my head. I told the team I’d buy it if it was still available when I returned. Luckily for me it was still there when I came back – it must’ve been fate! Within two hours-ish I was driving away in it. The credit check and paperwork process were quick and easy, and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!!

I collected my Focus towards the end of November and it's done about 2.5k miles since so I can't fault it. This was my first time buying from Trade Centre although my family have used them in the past, so I decided to give them a try. They definitely lived up to the recommendation! The staff gave me a warm and friendly welcome when I arrived. I can’t remember the name of the salesman, but he was fantastic too. I gave him a specific budget, fuel type, mpg etc and he came back with tonnes of options. I chose my Focus and I took it home next day. Based on this experience I'll happily pass on the recommendation going forwards.

Everything’s going great with my Volvo V40 – I'd go so far as to say love it actually! It'd only just come into stock the night before I purchased it, so Trade Centre Wales had it for just under 12 hours. As soon as I saw it, I told Steve, "I’ll take that one" and he took care of everything from there. I suffer from ADHD so visiting a large car supermarket was pretty overwhelming, but Steve was fantastic. As soon as he noticed I was struggling, he came over and made sure I was well taken care of. He provided all the information I needed and supported me every step of the way. I found that incredibly reassuring and I’d like to express my thanks to him for being so brilliant. He deserves 5 stars without a doubt!

The staff were friendly and efficient, which I really appreciated. However I didn’t like feeling pressured to take the car straight away. I explained that I needed to return my company car to the company garage and arrange a lift back to pick up the new car, which wouldn’t be possible until Monday. I think there's definitely room for improvement so I've rated my overall experience 4 stars.

I've driven Fords for years but fancied a bit of a change this time around and opted for a Nissan Juke. Really glad I did as it's marvellous! It's running well and has been no trouble at all. This was my first time dealing with Trade Centre Wales and they were excellent. The staff were helpful, polite, and always ready with answers to my questions. Great effort from the team—I’d definitely return in the future!

We've purchased our last couple of cars from Trade Centre Wales, so they must be doing something right! The service we received this time was just as excellent as always. When the service indicator light came on a few days after we got the car, the team booked us in right away and carried out a full service. I would definitely rate this experience as 5-star service.
