Absolutely outstanding service! This is the first car dealership that myself and my wife have walked out of and been so blown away. Normally we can't stand that stereotypical salesman you get but there is none of that bs here! They made such a great impression and I think we were literally in and out in 10 minutes. Fantastic service and the place, the cars, everything was so clean and well kept! If I could rate them 6 stars I would. The KA we bought is a cracking little car, no issues with it at all.

My BMW is absolutely lovely, it is just what I was looking for! Thank you so much Hearsall. There was maybe one thing that would have improved my experience with them and that is my car wasn't ready on time but they did act quickly to get this back on track and they were very nice people to be dealing with. I would still happily return to Hearsall for another vehicle in the future.

All has been fine with my KA and as with any new car its just getting used to the car for me now. The customer service was great and the team were a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel that there was any pushiness at any point, I was able to take the time I needed with the car while making my decision.

I bought my Audi A3 from Hearsall Common, I knew I wanted the Audi as soon as I saw it... I just couldn't resist. I preferer Audi's to anything else really, they have got to be one of my favourite cars, I'm chuffed I now own 1. Everything is fine with my car I've had no problems along the way. My car is brilliant, I'm highly satisfied with the way it drives. Its great!! I'm not too sure what the gentlemen was called that dealt with me but he was the older chap with glasses, he was really good with me, he kept me updated with everything and was very responsive. All the staff at Hearsall were friendly enough and easy to get along with. I can recommend and can confidently say I would use again!
