Everything is great with my new Ford Kuga, after having it a week and a nice long drive at the weekend, I'd say to the team at Junction 17 thank you for everything, the service was really good

Recently made a purchase from Junction 17 and so far everything is okay with it. It was a fairly easy process in terms of buying, with good customer service. It would be 5 stars if I had known about the admin charge before arriving

After having a look online for a new car, I spotted an Evoque online and went to view it. We were looked after by Tom who was friendly and quick, being able to get the car the next day. Tom even put a bow on the car which made me and my children feel special when collecting.

Had my new Volvo V40 a few days now everything is fine so far with it. The process of buying a car was good enough that I would go back, however on the day it was very busy, so I feel managing customers could be better.

After a long drive back to London from Peterborough, everything with my new car is all good, and running as you would expect when you buy from a dealership. The service from the team was also good, however the vehicles could be presented better in the showroom. 4 out of 5 overall.

Been using my new car from the dealership every day since purchase and it's been alright. When buying my car I felt the service was very good, the team were helpful throughout (especially Jamie). Overall a really relaxed buying experience.

Coming away from Junction 17 feeling like the service was 2nd to none. I dealt with Callum who, along with the rest of the team, was very professional and made buying a pleasure. The drive back with the vehicle was nice and smooth as well.

Purchased a Ford Focus from Junction 17 and the service was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, the staff were quick, prompt and really pleasant to deal with. The sales chap we dealt with was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership and go back again.

Very pleased with the experience at J17 - the location was clean and well presented, the staff were personable and helpful, and the car was so good I drove across the country to get it. Been very pleased with my new M2 so far - no issues so far other than the outstanding recall which was communicated to me before purchase and sorted out by my local BMW branch within 2 weeks. Highly recommended (even if they're very far from me!)

Bought an RS7. They made me come and collect rather than deliver. Signed the paperwork. Drive away. Couldn’t get out of their street. Kept conking out. Managed to get back into their car park eventually. They couldn’t restart it. So left car there and went home. They have refused to refund saying I accepted the car and gave it back to them to repair. Truly awful. Read all the negative reviews. Do not buy a car from them.
