I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris when purchasing my Renault Clio last month, and I can't recommend him enough! From start to finish, Chris was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. There were a few things I was struggling to sort out myself, but Chris took care of them effortlessly, and I truly felt supported throughout the entire process. I'm absolutely over the moon with my new car! Not only is it in fantastic condition considering its age, but Chris also managed to secure a seven-month warranty for me, which is such a great bonus compared to the usual three-months. It really gave me peace of mind knowing I’m covered for longer. If you're looking for excellent service and a stress-free car-buying experience, Chris is definitely the person to see. I'm so happy with my Clio and grateful for all his help!

This was my first time using Williams Motor Company in Crewe, and it was worth the train journey! I found them online while looking for a Ford Fiesta and saw all the glowing reviews. It was only a 30-minute train ride from where I live. When I arrived at the dealership, Andy answered every question I had about the car, and he really knew what he was talking about. Now, I’m driving around in my new Fiesta, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything’s running smoothly; and I have no complaints whatsover.

My Ford Fiesta is running smoothly so far. Williams Motor Company provided excellent customer service. They took the time to go over everything with me and never rushed me into the purchase. During the handover, the car was immaculate, and there was no unnecessary waiting. Within 15 minutes, I was in and out, driving away in my new Ford Fiesta.

Last month, we bought a Vauxhall Corsa for our son from Williams Motor Company in Crewe. Our son is currently learning to drive, so we thought it would be a great idea to get him a car to help him practice for his test. Having the car sitting in the driveway is also a great motivator for him to pass. Although I can't remember the salesperson's name, I must say he was fantastic. He took the time to go through everything in detail with us, answered all our questions, and gave us the space to make our decision without any pressure. My son absolutely loves his new car, and we're grateful for the great service we received at Williams Motor Company. Highly recommend them!

Recently I went through Car Money for car finance, and they recommended Williams Motor Company to me—and I'm so glad they did! I was in and out of the dealership in just 20 minutes before I was driving away in my new Volvo V40. There was a small issue with one of the wing mirrors, but when I reached out to Williams Motor Company about it, they were quick to act. They sent out a replacement mirror to my house without delay and even promised to cover the cost of fitting once I find the time to take it to a garage. The customer service has been faultless, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything was handled.
