Very friendly approach of the staff and perfect customer service. I bought my 1st automatic Jaguar from here. Seller patiently explains car features to me and made all process smooth. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone who like to take time and think when they buyng a car. The staff is not pushy at all. I purchased an autobiography Range Rover from Trade cars 4 U, From start to finish the communication was excellent, It was arranged for me to collect the vehicle, I pushed for a week earlier, although everything was done, service, new parts etc, when I collected the vehicle I noticed a small stone chip in the windscreen, and also on the drive home the air con wasn't working properly, there was also an issue with a defect with one of the tyres, Trade cars 4 U agreed to pay for a new tyre a new windscreen and also the air con, True to form they did honor all of this agreement and paid for everything direct to the company in my area some 300 miles away down in Essex, i believe none of these defects would have been there if it wasn't for me pushing to collect the car earlier than agreed! Over all I would highly recommend this company, the vehicle is excellent, customer service before and after 100% Mr Fowler

These guys haven't been bad at all, the chap took good care of me and the Jag XJ. It has been back in for some repairs but there was no quibble when getting it in. I am very happy overall and I am pleased with everything! Rating these guys the highest 4 stars!
