I have had a few Renault Trafics in the past; this is my third one. However, it was the first time I had bought from Woodlands. It was a quick and easy process, and all the guys were great at communicating. A very smooth transaction. I'm happy with the van and happy with the service. 5-star rating from me.

I would rate the service at 5. They could not have done more for us , even though we had a problem with our first purchase the folks resolved it quickly, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and looked after. Excellent customer service.

All the guys at Woodlands were spot on. The whole process has been straightforward and very professional. The van I got seems to be going well, and I am happy with it so far. For my first time going to them, I really can't say anything other than positive things. I did my research on Woodlands and saw all the positive reviews, and they definitely live up to what has been said. They have some top options, and customer service was as good as it could get. Very pleased, I would highly recommend them.

Returning yet again to Woodlands, this was the second time I’ve purchased from them, and each time has been equally brilliant. I live about an hour away, so I called ahead to let them know what I was looking for. When I arrived, they had a pickup all ready for me to test drive. I actually liked the look of one at the other site, so I went to see that one, test drove it, and decided that’s the one I wanted. The test route was good; there was never any rushing, and I was given plenty of time to test the pickup. I will actually be returning again soon, as I am looking for a smaller van, and I know Woodlands have so many great options that I wouldn’t go or recommend anywhere else.

This was my first time going to Woodlands Van Centre, and I am very impressed. It was a quick process with no problems at all. The customer service and overall experience were 5/5. I definitely recommend it. I have been using the van every day since getting it, and again, no problems.

While looking for a new van, my wife came across Woodlands. We saw a few different options we liked and traveled about 2 and a half hours to go see them. We met with the salesman in the forecourt, and he showed us around and let us take the Renault Trafic we liked for a test drive. After looking at a few others and taking our time to decide, we chose to take it home, and it was all prepared for us the same day. I have to say, Woodlands is probably the one dealership with the most options; there is really something for everyone in any price range. A top van dealership. I would definitely go back in the future if I was ever looking again. Worth the travel!

I would rate woodlands van Centre as a 5. John and Michael the salesmen were very helpful when my bank transfer was having problems, would use this company again.
