I don't have the best knowledge about viewing cars, and this was actually the first time that I've purchased a car. Naturally, I didn't know what to expect, but I had a great first impression since everyone involved was more than helpful. I had a look online before heading down, so I knew what I wanted to see. It was nice to see that the car was tidy inside and out. It actually looked better in person because, in the photos, the wheel didn't have the silver cap on the wheels, but it was on the car when I was taking a look at it. Anyway, after taking it out on a test drive, I was excited to take it home! 4* only because I haven't done this before, so I can't compare.

The Mrs wanted a new car, so after taking a look online, we found a Mini Hatch Cooper that she was very interested in. We made the long drive down, and we were greeted by the lovely sales team, who were more than happy to show us to the Mini as well as giving us all the information I needed to know about the history of the car. After taking my time to look around it, I was offered a test drive, and this is where the Mr's fell in love with it. Before we knew it, we were driving it home. It was a long drive back, but the car ran perfect. She has been driving it every day, and she loves it.

Honestly, I can't think of one thing that I would change about my visit to this dealership. James made everything very simple, and he didn't attempt to make any hard sales or push me into buying a car that I was interested in. I would happily visit this company again.

My first impressions on the dealership was "wow" they have a really nice showroom, and it was nice to walk around and take a look at what cars they had on offer. While I was walking around I found the Mazda 3 and it was exactly what I was looking for. I approached James and since I was part exchanging my Citron DS3, I wanted to know what price I could get. Once he went through the valuation, I thought I got a fair deal; it was the price I expected. I've already recommended Ponko to people I know, but I did tell them to take a jumper because it was a bit cold in the showroom😀

The team were amazing from when I first entered the dealership! They told me everything I needed to know about the cars I was interested in, and you can tell that they know the cars well because they answered all of my questions. For my first time visiting here, I was very impressed.

I was really impressed with the large stock of cars that this dealership has because me and my partner were looking for a certain spec but on a tight budget. We found that Asa really listened to us and took everything we were telling him into consideration when we were talking about the car. This is when he showed us the Nissan X-Trail! - It was exactly what we were looking for, but we still weren't 100% committed to buying it. Asa didn't once pressure us into buying the car or push for us to make the decision. We came back about 4 times in a week to help us make our decision, and then we had it!! I'm so glad that we did because it's been the perfect car. I will always give my time to family businesses because they never let you down. I hope I don't have to for a while, but I would happily return in the future.

Really great company to deal with while I was getting my Nissan. I think it was James who sold me the car and he couldn't have done enough! - He made sure to push everything through quickly, and before I knew it, I was on my way.

Buying a car can be stressful because you never know if you're going to get a dinger or a good deal. Once we found the Volkswagen Polo online, I took a look at reviews for the Ponko, which gave me a lot of faith in the dealership before I made the trip down. When we arrived, it was Matthew who looked after us and told me everything I needed to know about the car before I parted with my money. I thought he was very honest, and he wasn't trying to sell me the dream. I don't use it much, but for the times I've been in it, I really enjoy it.

I've put plenty of miles on my car since I purchased it back in January and everything is running as it should! I'm very impressed with the car, so top marks from me.
