I've had my Honda Civic since February, and it's running well with no issues. It was nice to see that the car was as advertised, leaving me with no hidden surprises, so It wasn't a wasted trip. Asa was very informative when answering any questions I threw at him. I would happily come back to this dealership if I was in the market for a new car and I've already recommended them to a friend.

Great first time experience! - After having my old car for a very long time, I was in need of an upgrade and to finally say goodbye to my 20 year old Volvo. Once I saw the Volkswagen online, I was keen to visit the dealership and see it for myself. On arrival I was greeted by Frederick who was great from the very start. It gave me a lot of confidence with how in depth he was explaining the car. I've had it for a little over a month now, and it's been great, but I'm still trying to get use to the new controls that come with the car.

Overall, I can say that I've had a great experience. There was a small issue with the car after the initial handover, but the team didn't hesitate to get the car in the garage to get the issue fixed. I got given a curtsey car while I waited for the repairs to be carried out and less than 24 hours later I had my car back. Haydn was great from start to finish because he kept me in the loop with the progress of my car and when it would be ready. I would 100% get another car from here.

I decided to call for more information, and after getting all the details I needed, I booked an appointment to see the car in person. When I arrived at the dealership, I was very impressed. The hospitality was exceptional, with the coffee machines adding a nice touch. Asa took care of me during my visit, and he was fantastic! He made the entire process so smooth and stress-free, which made it a great experience. After agreeing on a part exchange price for my old Ford, I went ahead with the Nissan Qashqai, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. It's now my pride and joy, and I make sure to keep it clean and well-maintained to make it last a lifetime. I've already recommended this dealership to friends and family, and I'll continue to do so. Everything has been going well with my Volkswagen Golf until someone keyed it as soon as I got it home. I've driven it every day since I visited the dealership and it's been great.

I'm grateful that James had a sense of humour because it really lightened the atmosphere during the whole process. Taking the car out for a test drive was key to making my decision because that's when I truly got a sense of the car's performance. After the test drive, I had a few more questions about the vehicle, but I was satisfied with the answers I received. My Kia Sportage has been great and I'm very happy with it.

We were helped by Freddie while buying a car for my dad. He was patient, knowledgeable and very professional. There was a vast selection of cars and he helped us narrow it down to a Polo, which my Dad really loves. During the process, Freddie was jolly, polite and followed a detailed process to ensure that every base was covered. Great customer service!

Im very pleased to have chose to buy my new car from Ponko, it was such a great experience and the customer service is golden. I bought a Vaxuhall Astra from them and it has been running great exactly how it should and im really enjoying it, I did notice not long ago, there was a faint rattle from under the car, im not 100% sure what they could be, but I have got in touch with James the salesman who helped me to get some advice which I have every confidence he will help me sort out. Overall I have had a very good experience with Ponko and would recommend.
