Absolutely terrible the worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with. I purchased a Jaguar XKR supercharged from Junction 17 in Peterborough. When I collected the vehicle it was clear that the air conditioning and wasn't working. I was assured that the air-conditioning unit just needed re-gassing . I was told that they would re gas the air-conditioning unit while I signed the finance agreement . When I got in the vehicle to drive away it was clear that the air-conditioning had not been repaired . I was told that the car would have to be brought back for a repair to be carried out the following week . (This never happened) After driving the car I noticed a knocking from underneath the car and the brakes started squeaking and the ABS light appeared . I brought the car into my local Jaguar dealership who uncovered a list of horrors the disc brakes were 90% worn...Front and back – the suspension mountings were perished and in a terrible state of repair. I was advised not to drive the car as it was dangerous. I immediately phoned Junction 17 who completely disregarded the findings and told me that they were not present when I purchased the vehicle only two weeks earlier. (I told them I was within my rights to ask for a room for refund) to my surprise they refused. They asked for an independent inspection to be carried out on behalf of the finance company! This was carried out and the reports confirmed everything and also pointed out the rusty condition of the suspension components! Junction 17 are still unwilling to take responsibility for the condition of the vehicle after covering just 500 miles since purchase. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from these people.

Dear Kevin As you are well aware Junction 17 Cars are sorting this out. The independent inspection was required by both the finance company and ourselves, which is standard practice. Text Message received from dealership . Hi Kevin, I have tried to call you today to no avail. We have a meeting on Friday with MotoNovo finance to arrange payment for your vehicle. However, I have noted your review on Dealer Reviews this morning and my MD has now seen this. We take our reviews very seriously and as we are arranging your payment feel this is not necessary as we are sorting your problem for you. My MD shall be cancelling the meeting on Friday with MotoNovo Finance if the review remains and shall not be making payment in the near future. With regards Junction 17 Cars

Update Over 2 months without a car ! Due to junction 17s none existent customer care I have finally received a refund for from the finance company ( who are trying to recover their money from Junction 17 ) To say I was treated terribly by junction 17 would be an understatement Beware !

Bought a Porsche Boxster late October. No issues pre sale. They agreed to touch up paint chips which was done poorly. After sales has been nothing short of shocking after the original Sales Person left. Still getting notification that tax unpaid for part exchanged vehicle. Took 6 weeks to get personalised plate posted out to us. We have made at least 15-20 phone calls, many unreturned and several emails also not replied to. Staff have been rude with no recognition of customer service. Cannot understand how they justify an admin fee when we have had to do all the chasing of documentation with DVLA. Manager acknowledged that service had been poor but refused to consider refund of this fee. Rang head office to complain to the customer service manager and they haven't even returned our call. Would not buy from them again or recommend them.

I bought a BMW 730 months ago, Jamie salesman sold me an additional guarantee for 400 pounds, to this day I do not know what I bought. I do not have any information, do not respond to emails and their customer service in Nottingham ignores me. The car broke down control steering, sent them pictures and asked for help, but no one answered me. This is a very serious fault and I am afraid to use the car! I strongly advise against purchasing a car in the Junction 17

After review branch contacted with me. At the moment car is during the tests and I'm waiting to appoitment to fix one of the faults. Dealer done even extra mile and asked BMW service to diagnostic car. Misunderstanding at the beginning turned in to excellent cooperation between us. My first opinion was harsh but branch done everything to change it. Thank you 5 stars dealer.

100% would recommend junction 17 cars. I bought a evoque at the weekend from them. The staff are very professional and I got a fantastic deal with my part exchange. I thought it would be difficult as I still had outstanding finance on my Lexus but it was all done dealt and sorted within 2 hours. It was such an easy and relaxing process. I will definitely be back in the future.

I bought my wife a 911 for her 40th birthday last week. I called up junction 17 cars and spoke to Lewis whom was more than helpful. I arranged to see the car the next day. I was so impressed with their set up, you don't often see dealerships with 100 sports cars inside a lovely showroom. The 911 was stunning. I went through the sale with Lewis and thought the finance deal was very good. The icing on the cake for me was that they offered to deliver the car for me so my wife wouldn't suspect and when they did it had a big bow on it and a lovely bunch of flowers. How lovely! My wife was over joyed when I opened our garage on her birthday and she saw her gorgeous new car. The customer service I got was spot on at junction 17 cars. I had peace of mind with the car too as it had a free AA inspection and free 6 month warranty with it. And they even changed two tyres before it was ready for me. So not only was this car a great price I got complete Vip treatment from start to finish. Well done junction 17, thank you to Lewis. I'll see you again!

Called in advance regarding a particular vehicle advertised on website and to ask for a test drive. On arrival was left standing outside in the cold while staff member went off to locate keys. Several attempts to find the keys failed. The vehicle was dirty which was pretty off-putting. We gave up and left. We were serious buyers and in fact bought similar vehicle from another dealer later the same day.

The pre-sales process was excellent. Post sale I found out the sales advisor had lied about the service history on the vehicle. The sales advisor admitted the deception but would not do anything about it. The replacement of my car every 2 years will now be handled by another firm.

Having read some of the reviews here I was worried about purchasing from this dealership. However I can say that the purchase of my Maserati went brilliant. I also had the best part ex price for my jaguar by miles compared to other dealers. The administration side of things after the purchase was quite slow however customer service is brilliant. They answer all calls and answer any questions you may have. They are also very polite to deal with. However, I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a car that's not from a main dealer, do your research on the car. Test drive a few, compare them against each other. Know what you are looking for. Test drive it, more than once if you need, do independent checks etc. Overall I was very satisfied with my car buying and I will definitely be returning in 18 months time.
