Although I had some minor issues that I addressed, the customer service was helpful in resolving them. I would rate my experience a 4 out of 5.

I recently bought a Kia Stonic from V12 Sports and Classics, and I'm super pleased with the purchase. Everything has been running smoothly over the last few months. Changing from the Lexus I had before to my Mazda does feel like a little bit of a downgrade in the sense it's less luxurious. I am however really enjoying the car so far, it's nice, really forgiving to drive and looks great. Elisha made the experience a memorable one, she is a lovely girl, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The issues I have had have been minimal and potentially unforeseen by the dealership, when I was washed the car, I have noticed some water ingress by the drivers wing mirror and one of the tailored mats doesn't fit properly. I am in conversation with the after sales care team and hoping I can get these bits ironed out.

I went to V12 Sports And Classics on the hunt for a pool car for our business, The car isn't really used for transporting anything, mainly running errands and going between meetings so the criteria wasn't to strict. we needed something reliable, professional looking and spacious enough if there are a few people travelling. We settled on a Volvo V60, so far it's been flawless, no hiccups, no cause for concern. I will be leaving the business soon so I will no longer be using the car but it's been a very enjoyable drive so far.

It's been really pleasant dealing with Josh Lacey from V12, I love my new car, I change them every couple years and I have had Mini's in the past but this is without a doubt my favourite car I have ever had. The tire pressure warning light has come on since buying the car, I am looking to get this sorted myself because I don't think it will be too expensive, aside from this, the car is wonderful. Josh was good, found it a little difficult to explain certain things to me, I got my dad involved which I probably should have done from the start however, once my dad got involved, it was all cleared up pretty quickly.
