I recently bought a Transit Custom from Woodlands Van Centre. After I purchased the van, it had a few issues. Michael at the dealership was fantastic because he gave me a van to use whilst he fixed the issues, and within a day I had my van back in perfect running condition.

After visiting the dealership and purchasing the VW Crafter, I would say that it has been the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Excellent!!

I've known about the dealership for a long time, and few of my friends have used them previously. The customer service there has been excellent. The Custom that I have purchased from Woodlands has been all good so far not been able to take it out much as I would like as of yet.

Bought the Citroën Relay after browsing online for a van dealership in Scotland. It was my first time using the dealership. Customer service was very good; no problems in that regard. We did have to top up on coolant and wiper fluid shortly after purchasing the vehicle, but other than that, all good.

Purchased a VW Crafter from Woodlands although i've not used it much yet everything seems to be fine with it, no complaints there. The guys were nice enough, made sure than van was all cleaned for me when I picked it up, it was all in all a easy process.

Went to buy transit got transit custome, Had little fault on pickup that was very quickly fixed And loved the way it was handled as I travelled around just over hour for the vehicle and I was given a vehicle to take home and meet up the next day to have my vehicle then fixed. I was picked up the day before to go get my vehicle before discovering that had a small problem but like I said, I was given a vehicle to go home and meet up the next day with my vehicle fixed if that was Arnold Clark that I had bought a vehicle from in December had problems with it in the garage four times and each of these occasions I had to make my own way home and my vehicle wasn’t fixed to the point. I had to argue to get a refund so to go to Woodlands. And get treated totally different vehicle fixed and given a van take home I’ll meet up the next day was simply the best thanks again. Team would highly recommend even a visit. As I think you would be more than happy with no only choice but the service provided
