Andy was really helpful, he was friendly and professional and assisted throughout the whole sale. The dealership was quite thorough, doing extra checks and making sure the car was all ready to go for me. I’ve been driving it daily and on the motorway, and it’s a lovely drive—no issues at all. When I went to pick the car up, it was lovely and clean, ready to go straight away. My dad found the car online, and when we saw it in person, all the pictures matched the car, and it was exactly as described. I’m very pleased with my first experience with Williams Motor Company.

This was my first time going to Williams Motor Company. I saw the Mini Cooper online, and when I went to see it in person, it was exactly as advertised. I have had Minis in the past—this is now my fourth one, and I absolutely love it. They are very reliable, and I would always recommend one. I would also really recommend the dealership; everything was done quickly with no fuss. The whole process was straightforward, and they weren't at all pushy. I would definitely go back in the future. I did feel the car could have been cleaned a little better, but apart from that, I can't fault the guys.

Purchased a very low mileage Dacia Logan MCV three months ago, so far the vehicle is spot on, no complaints whatsoever, it was exactly as described with no surprises when I viewed it. Found the folk at Williams Motor Company helpful and polite, prepped the car as promised, I’d certainly use this dealer again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending 😀

The car had an issue which was unfortunate, however the guys down at Williams have sorted it for me and agreed to pay us to do it privately considering our distance from the dealership. The lads are really accommodating, knowledgably and honest. 4 stars for my overall experience due to the small issue with the car, however 5 stars for the company themselves!
