I live up in the Highlands, so it's a 6 hour roundtrip for me but my experience was that good, if I saw a car advertised on their site that I liked the look of, then I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip down again. John took care of everything for me while I was going ahead with my Audi SQ7. Not once did he pressure me. Unfortunately, it was Johns weekend off on the day of the handover so I didn't get the chance to see him, but the car was spot on when I saw it. I absolutely love the car, and I'm really enjoying driving it.

Having dealt with car dealers over the past thirty years, I have always been cautious but dealing with John and Sofia made a refreshing change. The Audi TT was delivered as described, well presented. The rear brake issue was dealt with that had been noted on the last mot. I would happily recommend Trade Cars 4U. Still waiting to hear back about the missing bottle of tyre mousse, minor detail.

The sales representative, John, who assisted me at Trades Cars 4 U, was a pleasure to do business with. From my first point of contact to the handover of my Porsche, no stone was left unturned. John went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth transaction for me and that I drove away in my new car as a very satisfied customer. 

Both John and Sofia were absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate to use them again, and if I know of anyone looking to buy a new car, I would happily recommend them to Trade Cars 4 U. I was very fortunate to come across this dealership online, and after reading some of their reviews, it looked like a decent garage. I live in Bradford, so I wanted to make sure that we were going to a good company because we went to see other vehicles prior to this one, and the establishment and their vehicles weren't half as good. John, Sofia and Trade Cars 4 U definitely deserve nothing less than top marks.

Everything is going great with my BMW X1, Sofia at Trade Cars 4 U was fantastic and everything she told me was absolutely true so I was very happy.
